Directions:

In a small bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of the mask with a couple of tablespoons warm liquid (water, aloe vera juice, or rose water) until smooth. Optional: add honey and a few drops of essential oils. Stir in your preferred moisturizing deep conditioner, plain yogurt, or coconut milk, and mix until creamy. Apply to clean, damp hair from root to tip (avoid the roots if you have an oily scalp). Use a thermal heat cap or cover with a plastic cap for 60 minutes or more. 

Rinse with lukewarm water; follow with a co-wash as needed.
